About M. Gatlin

Marianne - -93

Founder of The BlueRoof Path, M. Gatlin, is a Spiritual Teacher with a strong background in Interfaith Metaphysical Spirituality, influenced by Yoga Philosophy, Hedgewitchery, Kitchen Witchery, Paganism, Shamanism, and Mysticism. She incorporates her studies into her teaching so that her classes, workshops, and events are unique experiences for each individual.

M teaches conscious spirituality from a metaphysical perspective.  Her teachings are practical: by incorporating the yoga philosophy into her metaphysical teachings she gives students a real way to take spirituality into their daily lives. Her classes are also grounded in Earth-centered practices and uplifted in Lunar-consciousness, utilizing the phases of the moon as a means of personal transformation.

In 2017, M stepped forward again on her teaching path, this time to offer guidance and classes for those new to the paths of Paganism and Witchcraft. Her students have affectionately dubbed her “Momma Witch.”

In 2017, M also branched out into the world of online classes.  This journey is evolving in 2018 so look forward to many online offerings!

She is a Holistic Health Practitioner, Reiki Master Teacher, Meditation Instructor, Ordained Metaphysical Minister, Public Speaker, Author and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Metaphysical Science.

M is an E-RYT200 and a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP) and has training in Yoga Anatomy, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Raja Yoga, and Yoga Philosophy.

I began my teaching and healing journey as a writer and poet – using my power of the written word to help, guide, and support others, as well as myself. Along the way I turned to art as another outlet for my own spiritual healing and found that too, was something I could offer. The path of a healer was shown to me in my early years. Then, I didn’t see a way for me to ever do what my vision showed but the Universe knows much more than I and illuminated my path quite well.

My spiritual journey came early on as I lay in the clover fields surrounding my childhood home. While listening to the bees, feeling the coolness of the clover and watching cloud picture shows I knew I was connected to it all. This realization fueled not only my pursuit of knowledge but also my pursuit of spiritual and religious wisdom.   My take from youth to adult has been, “Make Your Own Path.”

I still reside in the south in a small house full of books and serenity. My spiritual awareness began in a clover field and meandered its way uphill and downhill to where I am today – still learning, still pursuing knowledge, helping others on their path and still a little bit of that precocious young girl who found solace in a cool field of clover.
